We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders β no handling or packaging fees.

π₯ Limited Edition / Editions Series β Final Sale (No Returns or Exchanges)
Our Limited Edition and Figrhub Editions series are designed exclusively for collectors β created in small batches and released in limited quantities.
Because these items are collectible, highly limited, and often part of numbered or curated drops:
β‘οΈ All Limited Edition and Editions products are Final Sale β no returns or exchanges once the order is placed.
β‘οΈ We cannot accommodate requests for refunds or exchanges for any limited-run items.
This policy ensures fairness to all collectors and maintains the integrity of our limited releases.

We proudly ensure careful packaging for all collectibles.
However, if a Limited Edition item arrives with significant damage, we will provide after-sales support:
βοΈ Eligible orders may receive a replacement shipment
βοΈ Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
βοΈ Claims must be submitted to support@figrhub.com within 7 days of delivery
Note: Damage refers to physical breakage affecting the product β not dissatisfaction with the model/design received.
π Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Figrhub is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, we can reship it after the correct address is confirmed (extra postage may apply).
π Damaged or Lost Packages
If your collectible arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

We will help resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or carrier claim investigation.
Note: For Editions blind-box products, damage must be related to product condition β not dissatisfaction with the randomly received design.
