🧾 How It Works

1️⃣ Contact Us
Simply email our team at support@figrhub.com within 60 days of receiving your item. Let us know your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2️⃣ Return Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide easy instructions and a return label.

3️⃣ Refund or Exchange
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it’s completed.


✅ Return & Refund Eligibility

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including accessories, certificates, and protective materials).

  • Returns must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.

Valid Reasons:

  • Received the wrong item

  • Product arrived damaged or defective

  • Simply changed your mind — we understand!

Return Shipping:

  • Returns are free for defective or incorrect items.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost (we’ll confirm this during your request).
